what a disappointment. the elevator reset at 8pm, woudl ve been nice if they considered guest comfort. the breakfast was the same all 3 days, how original! my request for a room upgrade was met with a shrug, leaving me feeling like a 2nd class citizen. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Families, it’s a solid pick

The kitchen in my suite was surprisingly comprehensive! I mean, it had everything from a full refrigerator to a tiny stove, which made whipping up breakfast fun! My kids enjoyed the pool, even if we almost missed it due to reservation hiccups, but the staff helped us snag a time right before we checked out.

It wasn’t cheap, but was still acceptable, I'd say.

Check-in was seamless. I stayed in a spacious One-Bedroom King Suite. The complimentary happy hour included delicious lemon bars. Breakfast offered a nice variety. The front desk staff was attentive.

However, the breakfast offerings were hit or miss—while the area was clean, some of the bread products tasted stale and somewhat plastic-like. Additionally, the hotel is somewhat isolated, situated in an empty strip mall, which could be off-putting for some guests.
